Manufacturing Operations Manager

Pyrodoor is a fast-growing quality driven manufacturer of fire doors, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional craftmanship, reliability, and service to our customers.

We’re looking for a hands-on Manager to lead our factory team and take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient workflow from sales to production.

The Role

As Manufacturing operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the factory floor, managing supply chain to ensure all the materials are available for production, also managing the production team and ensuring all jobs are completed on time, to specification, you’ll act as the key link between the factory, office and customers

Key responsibilities 

• Manage and lead the factory team, driving performance and maintaining quality standards
• plan and oversee daily production schedules to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Ensure all jobs are prepared, completed and ready for on time delivery.
• Coordinate closely with the office and customers and prioritise orders where required.
• Maintain clear communication across all departments to avoid delays or errors.
• Monitor workflows and identify opportunities to improve productivity and processes.
• Ensure Machinery is used correctly and maintained appropriately.
• Uphold health and safety standard across the factory.
• Manage materials, offcuts and stock efficiently.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
