Role Description

We have an experienced home based account executive who is retiring and we are looking for someone to join our business, take over her book of existing clients as well as helping us grow the business through cross-selling and quoting for new business.

As a small business, we are flexible in how this is done and we make the most of technology. This means we are not limited with geography and have clients throughout the whole of the UK.

Input from the team is critical so we continuously evolve. We are looking for someone passionate about delivering exceptional client service, service that makes our clients lives easier. Someone who wants to make positive change in our industry, who is transparent in their dealings and supportive of both clients and colleagues.

Hours – the role is ideal for someone looking for 4 or 5 days a week.

Qualifications

  • 5 years commercial insurance experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good problem solving skills and attitude
  • Excellent communication
  • Great customer service
  • Great computer skills
  • Acturis knowledge would be preferred but not essential
