The Role
You’ll play a key role in:
• Leading and supporting our care team
• Maintaining high standards of care and compliance
• Building relationships with clients and families
• Helping grow a service that carers are proud to work for
• Supporting recruitment, mentoring and service delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within care management/senior care
- Passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of SSSC/Care Inspectorate standards
- Someone who wants to make a genuine difference
